Armature
Wound with double-coated wire impregnated with special varnish and baked to prevent breakdown in service. Statically and dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration.
Carbon Brushes
High copper content graphite material. Tempered brush springs retain tension for longer length of time in service. Life of brushes under continuous running well over 1000 hours.
Bearings
Armature mounted on two precision ball bearings. Bearings specially selected for high speed cleaners. Ball bearings electronically checked for quietness and vibration. Bearing factory lubricated for normal life of the cleaner. Never requires attention.

One aluminum fan dynamically balanced with armature assembly.

Heavy steel electrogalvanized to prevent rusting.
